What is Sermorelin?
Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide that mimics growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), a naturally occurring hormone produced by the hypothalamus. It signals the pituitary gland to release growth hormone (GH).
Growth hormone plays an important role in growth, metabolism, tissue maintenance, and body composition, partly through stimulation of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1).

Sermorelin benefits
Sermorelin stimulates the body’s natural production of growth hormone and IGF-1, which may support:
-
Body Composition: Helps support lean muscle maintenance and healthy fat metabolism.
-
Cognitive Function: Growth hormone and IGF-1 signaling may contribute to brain function and memory.
-
Cardiovascular Health: Early research suggests potential effects on inflammation and tissue repair.
Dosing and administration
Sermorelin is typically an injectable medication.
Dose: 200mcg (0.2mg) to 300mcg (0.3mg)
Select an injection site (e.g., belly, thigh, or arm).

Treatment protocol
The standard sermorelin treatment protocol entails:
-
Five doses per week
-
Nighttime dosages (to coincide with your body’s natural growth hormone release)
-
Regular laboratory testing to track your body’s response (e.g., whether your IGF-1 levels are increasing)
Sermorelin’s most common side effects

Dizziness,Â
